Wanderers Group: A Connection + Reflection Group for Adult TCKS

Wanderers Group is a connection and reflection group for self-identified Third Culture kids who are 18 +. If you identify as a Third Culture Kid, whether you are in the midst of a transition or are looking for a place to explore the personal and relational impact of a globally mobile or cross-culturally transient childhood, this is the place for you.
THE PRACTICALS
Who: Open to all adults 18+ who self-identifies as an adult Third Culture Kid (TCK)
What: A reflection and connection group for Adult TCKs to explore transitions and patterns of staying and leaving.
Where: Online/ Virtual (Sessions will not be recorded)
Exchange/ cost: $240 USD for all 6 sessions ($40 per session). Sliding scale & payment plans available

Time: 6 weeks
Each group is 1hr 20-minutes in length.
Two timezone offerings:
-Tuesdays | Sept 9-Oct 14 2025; Thailand Time: 8:00am-9:20am
-Wednesdays | Sept 10-Oct 15 2025; Thailand time 7:00pm-8:20pm
Flow and focus: An intentionally guided virtual space to connect with each other about shared experiences and personal reflection, incorporating a somatic expressive arts, or journaling prompt. Each week tends to a different theme.
Group Goals:
Examine learned and inherited ways of leaving and arriving that have impacted how you have attached, remained in rootlessness or groundedness
Come away with a deeper understanding of how you attune to the homes you have created.
Find community, share your story, and feel less alone in your experience.

MEET THE FACILITATOR
Melanie Ukosakul, LMHC is a mental health counselor and coach and fall-between-the-cracks TCK through and through, with multicultural roots in Asia, who has lived in + loved both sides of the world. She has wrestled long with the blessings and challenges of being a TCK, and is excited to hold space to explore these tender themes of arriving and departing.
