Asian Americans and Boundaries

Join us for a short-term four week process group for Asian and Asian American identifying folks to collectively explore our unique struggles with boundaries in Asian contexts. The group will aim to:

  • Define different types of boundaries and explore contexts where each type may be useful

  • Engage the intersections between our cultural values and boundaries

  • Notice where we may need to set or revise our own boundaries

  • Discuss ways to set boundaries in a way that honor both ourselves and our values

Dates: April 15th, 22nd, 29th, and May 6th from 10-11:30 AM

Duration: 4 meetings

Location: Telehealth (Zoom)

Cost: $200 for all four sessions ($50/group), payment due upfront (payment plans available for some folks and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
